家长同意事项

1. 我同意我的孩子上中文学校。倘若我的孩子在校发生意外受伤或疾病，由家长自行负责，家长不能追究中文学校与 Solon High School 的法律责任。

2. 学生在校打架受伤者，由双方家长协商解决。校方可介入协商，但对打架事件， 解决冲突与善后事项不负任何法律责任。
3. 每位家长均需值日，值日次数与日期由任课老师和班负责家长排定，如不能在指 定日值班需自行找人代替。
4. 开学三周后不予退学费，家庭搬往其他城市为特殊情况，退费金额以未上课时计 算。
5. 除学前班外，家长陪读不得超过两周。
6. 学校老师组织学生参加社区活动、竞赛或比赛时，请家长积极支持。
7. 家长与学生皆不可携带锐器、习武兵器（包括木质兵器）到校。
8. 不让学生传滑轮鞋上学。

Parent Agreement

1. I/We agree to send my child whose name is listed above to Chinese School. I/We agree that CCCCA and Solon High School will not be liable for any accident, injury or illness that my child involved in at Chinese School.
2. If my child is injured by other child/children, I/we will be responsible for solving the problem with the other parties. The board members of the school can assist to solve the issue, but will not be responsible for the consequences.
3. I/We understand that all parents are obligated to act as “on-duty-parents”. The on-duty schedule is arranged by school. If I/we cannot make it, I/we will be responsible for finding a substitute.
4. If a student withdraws from the school, tuition is not refundable after the first three weeks of a new semester. Except the family is moving to another city, the refund will be calculated based on the untaken class or classes.
5. Except the Kindergarten class, I/we will not accompany my child in the classroom for more than two weeks.
6. Please support school teacher(s) to organize students for a performance, contest or competition.
7. Please don’t bring any sharp object and martial arts weapon(s) including wooden ones to school.
8. Please do not allow your kid(s) to wear roller-skate or any shores with rollers to school.
